Proud Human Hoops Collective – Terms & Conditions for Purchases
1. Payment Terms
• Packages: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Subscriptions: Payments are billed automatically every 28 days from the date of purchase.
2. Automatic Renewals
Tiered subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy. By purchasing, you authorize the Program to charge your selected payment method for recurring payments.
3. Membership Adjustments
Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded only at the end of the current billing cycle. Requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the next billing date.
4. Refund Policy
• Packages: Non-refundable. Must be used within 12 weeks of purchase.
• Tiered Subscriptions: No refunds for unused sessions. Exceptions for medical/relocation cases with documentation.
5. Pausing Policy
Subscriptions may be paused once every 3 months for up to 28 days. Request must be made at least 14 days in advance.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal. Early cancellations are not accepted within an active cycle except for medical or relocation with documentation.
7. Session Policies
• Missed Sessions: Non-refundable unless cancelled by the Program.
• Package sessions must be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
8. Payment Issues
Failed payments will result in suspended access. A 3-day grace period will be provided to update payment details.
9. Program Changes
The Program may adjust session times, locations, or content. Clients will receive 14 days' notice for fee changes.
10. Conduct and Responsibilities
Participants must respect all coaches, staff, and members. Disrespectful or unsafe behavior may result in termination without refund.
11. Liability and Assumption of Risk
You assume all risks associated with physical training. Proud Human Hoops is not liable for injuries except in cases of gross negligence.
12. Privacy Policy
Information is collected solely for registration and payment purposes and will not be shared without consent.
13. Termination of Services
The Program reserves the right to terminate services for non-compliance or unresolved payment issues.
14. Amendments to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time with 14 days' notice provided to clients.
Acknowledgement
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
